Registration Conference

Please find below the different packages for which you can register through the website of Hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee.
Minor instructions:

Click on the package of your choice to go directly to the applicable package booking. If you want to see all packages, click on the registration button.
Click on 'prices and availability and adjust the number of persons per room when applicable'
Before you 'BOOK', please fill out your information in the fields requested.
Please sent an email to: Hotel Zuiderduin with your affiliation in case you book a double room, also inform them about the name of your 'roommate'.
Complete you registration via the PAY button. Be aware that when you book a double room, the registrant needs to pay for both participants.

For your convenience, we have listed the different Conference Packages below:

Academic (board and lodging single room) - € 2.050
Academic (board and lodging double room) - € 1.800
Industry (board and lodging single room) - € 2.400
Academic board only - € 1.400
Industry board only - € 1.800

Registration is closed

Cancellation policy

In case you need to cancel your registration, the following conditions are in place:

More than 1 month before arrival you are not obliged to pay any amount to us
More than 14 days before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 15% of the reservation value including conference fee
More than 7 days before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 35% of the reservation value including conference fee
More than 3 days before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 60% of the reservation value including conference fee
More than 24 hours before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 85% of the reservation value including conference fee
Within 24 hours before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 100% of the reservation value including conference fee

Poster presentations

As a poster presenter you are requested to bring 2-3 slides in case the poster chairs invite you to present orally in the poster discussion session.
Posters can be hung on Sunday, April 19th in the afternoon and taken down again on Friday. The size of a poster board is 125 x 100 cm; portrait format (h x w). Material for hanging will be provided
