Registration Conference 

Please find below the different packages for which you can register through the website of Hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee.
Minor instructions:

  • Click on the package of your choice to go directly to the applicable package booking. If you want to see all packages, click on the registration button. 
  • Click on 'prices and availability and adjust the number of persons per room when applicable' 
  • Before you 'BOOK', please fill out your information in the fields requested. 
  • Please sent an email to: Hotel Zuiderduin  with your affiliation in case you book a double room, also inform them about the name of your 'roommate'.
  • Complete you registration via the PAY button. Be aware that when you book a double room, the registrant needs to pay for both participants. 

For your convenience, we have listed the different Conference Packages below: 

Deadline for early registration is February 28th, 2026. After this date the conference fee will be increased. 

Cancellation policy

In case you need to cancel your registration, the following conditions are in place: 

More than 1 month before arrival you are not obliged to pay any amount to us
More than 14 days before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 15% of the reservation value including conference fee 
More than 7 days before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 35% of the reservation value including conference fee
More than 3 days before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 60% of the reservation value including conference fee
More than 24 hours before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 85% of the reservation value including conference fee
Within 24 hours before arrival, you are obliged to pay us 100% of the reservation value including conference fee

 

Abstract submission. 
The abstract submission for oral presentations has closed. 
You can still submit your abstract for a poster presentation until February 28th. 

Specific for this meeting is the emphasis on poster viewing and poster discussion sessions in the program, which has been highly appreciated by the participants over the years. All participants are encouraged to present a poster. Upon submission you can indicate whether you would also like to be considered for an oral presentation.

Note that about 20 spots are left open in the program for speakers who will be selected on basis of their abstract. 

Abstract topics: Alternative DNA structures, Base excision/single-strand break repair, Cell cycle control, Chromatin/nuclear organisation, Clinical/translational aspects, Consequences of DNA damage, Crosslink repair, DNA damage signaling, Double strand break repair - general, Double strand break repair - HR, Double strand break repair - NHEJ, Double strand break repair - TMEJ, Mismatch repair, Mutational processes/signatures, Nucleotide excision repair, Replication stress, Transcription stress, Translesion synthesis and 'Other'. 

Note before submitting your abstract: including the title, authors and affiliations, your abstract should fit on an A4 page, with font Calibri 12

 

Poster presentations

Format poster board - Portrait view: Wide 1 meter; height 1.25 meter.

Posters will be presented during the entire meeting. As a poster presenter you may bring a few slides, not more than 3, in case the poster chair invites you to present your data orally during the poster discussion sessions.
